The Mozn brand is alive within a plethora of stakeholder touchpoints and therefore the most suitable candidate for the Director of Channel and Strategic Alliances position. You would be responsible for leading the Partnership and Alliances function, building the foundation of 3rd party alliances and partnership, and improving revenue generation from 3rd parties.
About The Role
The
Channel Director
will be responsible for establishing, growing, and managing a network of
resellers, system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners
across international markets. This role is key to expanding our reach, driving revenue through indirect sales, and ensuring the success of our partners in delivering AI-driven solutions to their clients.

What You'll Do

Build Channel Function and execute comprehensive channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Identify and recruit global channel partners to support market expansion

Identify and recruit qualified channel partners (e.g., VARs, system integrators, technology alliances, and consulting firms).

Conduct market analysis to identify regions and verticals with high AI adoption potential.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate and structure partnership agreements that align with business objectives.

Localize go-to-market approaches based on regional business culture, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new market opportunities and optimize channel strategies

Provide guidance and support to the sales team in leveraging channel partnerships and strategic alliances to maximize sales effectiveness

Nurture and maintain relationships with strategic alliance partners, ensuring mutual success

Contribute to overall revenue from channel

Lead onboarding, certification, and enablement programs for partners, ensuring deep understanding of the company’s AI offerings.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create partner kits, demos, and sales collateral tailored for different markets.

Co-develop joint business plans, including sales targets, marketing campaigns, and customer success initiatives.

Serve as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them identify AI opportunities within their client base.

Own channel revenue targets and pipeline performance across international markets.

Monitor partner KPIs and drive accountability through regular reviews and sales forecasts.

Ensure compliance with pricing, brand, and contractual guidelines.

Manage conflicts between direct and indirect sales channels fairly and transparently.

Work with marketing to design regional campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.

Provide market insights to product and data science teams to influence product localization and feature prioritization.

Collaborate with legal and finance on partner contracts, margins, and incentive structures
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
-
Proven experience in channel management, strategic alliances, or business development
-
8–10 years experience in channel sales or partnership management within AI, SaaS, data analytics, or enterprise tech.
-
Proven success launching and managing international partner networks.

Experience working with AI or emerging technologies preferred.

Deep understanding of channel strategies, partner ecosystems, and alliance management.

Previous experience in a leadership role and in people management

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through channel partnerships and strategic alliances

Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
