Direct and lead the planning, execution and performance optimization of integrated commercial marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels across B2C and B2B segments for the Group and emerging 7X products; ensuring alignment with business growth, revenue generation, customer engagement and compliance requirements.
 
   Strategy, Policies & Procedures
  
- 
   Develop and lead effective commercial marketing strategy for 7X group that includes Campaigns & Go-To-Market Execution, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Content & Channel planning and Commercial Growth Enablement.
  
 - 
   Ensure all marketing activities align with relevant regulations, corporate standards, TDRA requirements, commercial goals and revenue targets.
  
 - 
   Define and enforce campaign objectives, target audience, channels and KPIs by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  
 - 
   Provide commercial marketing insights, strategies and performance outcomes to senior leadership and the Group CEO.
  
 - 
   Deal with sensitive and confidential information to protect the interest of the 7X.
  
 
   Commercial Marketing
  
- 
   Design, develop and implement tactical and brand awareness campaigns and co-branded campaigns targeting both B2C and B2B customer segments.
  
 - 
   Establish campaign objectives, strategy and timelines, ensuring alignment with product launches, service updates and seasonal business priorities.
  
 - 
   Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation and performance tracking.
  
 - 
   Ensure partnership marketing efforts that support joint value creation and partnership objectives.
  
 - 
   Review and approve final campaign plans, sales enablement materials and media recommendations.
  
 - 
   Define and refine value propositions and key messaging for new and existing products.
  
 - 
   Lead the development of product-related marketing and sales collateral (brochures, sales tool kits etc) by collaborating with the relevant commercial & product teams.
  
 - 
   Ensure all marketing plans are aligned with customer acquisition, retention, market needs and revenue goals.
  
 
   Strategic Performance Monitoring

   Oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely consolidation, validation and submission of all marketing inputs and audit documentation in alignment with compliance and TDRA reporting requirements.

   Direct and oversee KPI reporting, marketing analytics and visualization dashboards to present complex analyses in a clear, accessible format for stakeholders, enabling data-informed decision-making.
  
 
   Content Governance
  
- 
   Drive content planning, content assets and brand presence across social, digital platforms, website, landing pages, app touchpoints, influencer campaigns, content shoots and productions.
  
 - 
   Lead creative content direction for in-branch screens, posters and in-store messaging to support Retail & Branch Marketing.
  
 - 
   Direct and oversee the content calendar for the upcoming campaigns and initiatives, themes and deadlines.
  
 
   Vendor Management

   Build relationships with creative, media, and social agencies.
  
 - 
   Develop campaign briefs and monitor timelines, deliverables, contracts and KPIs.
  
 - 
   Ensure output quality and strategic alignment.
  
 
   Digital Asset Library Development
  
- 
   Oversee a centralized library of visuals, videos and campaign assets.
  
 - 
   Ensure content reusability, accessibility and brand consistency.
  
 
   Synergies with Stakeholders
  
- 
   Foster strong cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, collaboration and seamless execution of marketing strategies across 7X.
  
 
   Talent Management
  
- 
   Ensure a high standard of employee motivation through regular employee communication, training and equipping with the best tools to achieve the maximum results.
  
 - 
   Oversee workload, conduct performance evaluations, recognition and career guidance along with necessary disciplinary actions as appropriate.
  
 - 
   Review the manning and training requirements of the team and communicate those requirements to the Management.
  
 
   Reporting

   Prepare and submit relevant commercial marketing reports aligned with TDRA and federal marketing compliance standards.

   Qualifications and Knowledge:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent.
  
 - 
   Holds certification in Digital Marketing, CRM platforms, or Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot) preferred.
  
 
   Experience:
  
- 
   10-15 years of experience in marketing including a minimum of 5 years in a strategic leadership role, with a proven track record in leading both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
