KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead all compliance programs (BSA, AML, OFAC, Patriot Act, Customer Identification
  • Develop and update policies, procedures, and risk assessments
  • Monitor transactions, investigate suspicious activity, and file SARs as required
  • Provide legal and compliance guidance to leadership and committees
  • Mentor and oversee trust administrators; ensure accounts meet fiduciary and regulatory standards
  • Oversee annual account and investment reviews
  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and regulators
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs
  • Act as liaison to internal committees, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Serve as signing authority for discretionary payments and approvals

QUALIFICATIONS

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • 10+ years in trust administration and financial regulatory compliance (with leadership/managerial experience)
  • Strong knowledge of BSA, AML, OFAC, and related laws/regulations
  • Proven ability to mentor teams and manage compliance programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to commute to Boston office as needed (estimated 1-2x quarterly)
  • Requirements: JD or CTFA and Trust Administration experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $185,910.27 - $220,709.15 per year
