Director of Construction

We are looking for a highly experienced construction leader to join our team and drive the strategic direction of our construction operations across multiple large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and implement construction & MEP strategies aligned with business objectives

🔹 Oversee procurement, resource planning, and execution methodologies

🔹 Evaluate feasibility & constructability of consultant deliverables

🔹 Drive value engineering initiatives for cost optimization without compromising quality

🔹 Ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory standards

🔹 Build and mentor a high-performing construction team

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (Master’s preferred)

✅ 18–20 years of experience in construction strategy, project execution & development oversight

✅ Proven track record in large-scale real estate & infrastructure projects

✅ Strong leadership, stakeholder management & risk assessment skills

✅ Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM 360 (or similar)

✅ PMP, LEED, RICS, CIOB, or PMI certifications are a plus
