Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the regional e-commerce strategy across 42 hotels and 11,000 rooms in the IMEAT region.
  • Develop and implement both B2C and B2B distribution strategies in alignment with global objectives.
  • Drive online revenue performance and ensure annual targets are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee and support hotel-level E-Commerce Directors to ensure consistency, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Manage direct and indirect online channels, including brand.com, ALL.com, loyalty platforms, OTAs, metasearch, and GDS.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and global brand teams to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion.
  • Audit and report on the deployment, results, and ROI of distribution initiatives.
  • Develop commercial action plans to grow market share, profitability, and brand presence.
  • Ensure rate parity, competitive positioning, and content excellence across all digital touchpoints.
  • Coach, train, and empower hotel teams to enhance their online distribution and digital marketing capabilities.
