Job Purpose:
To lead and govern Masdr’s Enterprise IT function by ensuring enterprise application architecture alignment operational excellence and reliable IT service delivery enabling secure scalable and high performing technology operations that support business continuity regulatory compliance and Masdr’s strategic and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Governs Masdr’s enterprise application landscape ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and technology standards.

Ensures enterprise applications comply with security data and integration standards

Oversees application lifecycle management including implementation upgrades integrations optimization and decommissioning

Ensures enterprise systems effectively support business functions and evolving operational requirements

Ensures Masdr’s operational ecosystem including enterprise platforms systems tools and supporting infrastructure is optimized and aligned with business and product priorities

Monitors operational efficiency and technical performance and proactively addresses gaps that may impact service continuity or reliability

Ensures enterprise IT workflows processes and controls align with governance frameworks business requirements and technical roadmaps

Defines and enforces SLAs quality control measures and operational KPIs to sustain high service standards

Identifies automation optimization and efficiency initiatives across enterprise IT operations

Monitors operational KPIs ensuring performance alignment with corporate and functional objectives

Governs incident problem and change management processes ensuring compliance with established service management frameworks

Ensures consistent monitoring and reporting of IT operational performance and service quality

Ensures execution of business continuity and disaster recovery plans for enterprise systems

Oversees user onboarding guidance and adoption support for enterprise tools and applications

Ensures effective operation of enterprise support channels service desks and knowledge management platforms
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree (Required): Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Master’s degree in Technology Management or Computer Science preferred

Professional Certifications (Optional but Valuable): COBIT, CISSP, or equivalent, ITIL, TOGAF, DevOps or related certifications
-
(9-10) years of progressive experience in enterprise IT operations or applications management.

Deep knowledge of senior leadership roles overseeing enterprise systems and service delivery

Demonstrated experience in enterprise architecture alignment IT governance and operational performance management
