Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Strategy
Define and execute the overall IT and enterprise systems strategy aligned with business goals

Architecture Oversight
Lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and high availability systems

Leadership
Manage and mentor senior engineers, architects, and IT managers across multiple domains

Digital Transformation
Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, automation, and data platforms

Governance and Security
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain strong cybersecurity frameworks

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with executive leadership and business units to align technical solutions with operational needs

What We Are Looking For

Experience
10 plus years in enterprise IT, information systems, or infrastructure leadership roles with at least 5 years at a senior or director level

Track Record
Proven success delivering large scale technology projects and managing cross functional teams

Technical Expertise
Strong background in cloud platforms, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and system integration

Leadership Skills
Ability to lead high performing teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change

Education
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degrees are an advantage

Mindset
Strategic thinker with a practical approach who can balance innovation with execution and deliver results in complex environments

Pay: RO2,800.000 - RO3,500.000 per month
