We are looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Strategy who will take ownership of long term planning and organizational performance. You are not just reviewing reports; you are defining the direction of the business. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, translating high level vision into actionable initiatives. You are the voice of strategy in a room full of operational and commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy aligned with business objectives and regional expansion plans.

Performance Management:
Establish KPIs, monitor business performance, and drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Market Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across Oman and wider GCC markets.

Leadership and Alignment:
Collaborate with department heads to ensure strategic initiatives are effectively implemented across the organization.

Data and Insights:
Leverage analytics and financial modeling to support decision making and long term forecasting.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 8 to 12 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or senior leadership roles, with proven experience leading strategic initiatives.

Track Record:
Demonstrated success in driving business growth, operational improvements, or market expansion.

Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in financial modeling, strategic frameworks, and performance analysis tools.

Communication:
Ability to clearly present complex ideas to executive stakeholders and influence decision making.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.

Mindset:
You are results driven and pragmatic. You balance long term vision with practical execution and know how to prioritize impact.

Pay: RO2,800.000 - RO3,400.000 per month
