THE MISSION 17B Consulting LLC is seeking an IT Strategy Director to lead our technology consulting initiatives in Salalah. You will be the primary architect responsible for aligning complex IT infrastructures with business objectives to drive innovation and operational excellence.

YOUR IMPACT

• Digital Architecture: Design and execute long-term technology roadmaps and enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies.
• Fiscal Oversight: Manage large-scale IT budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on technology investments and resource allocation.
• Governance & Security: Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure all systems comply with Omani regulations and international standards.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a key advisor to the board, delivering data-driven insights on emerging tech and scalability.

WHO YOU ARE

• Experienced: 12+ years in Information Technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
• Qualified: Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems; an MBA or certifications (PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are highly preferred.
• Technical: Expert in enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, and digital validation protocols.
• Articulate: Professional English fluency is mandatory for international stakeholder coordination and high-level reporting.
