Corporate Advisory Directors lead strategic advisory services in areas like M&A, capital raising, and corporate finance for clients in dynamic markets such as Qatar. They drive revenue growth, manage teams, and deliver high-impact deals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead origination and execution of advisory mandates, including M&A transactions, IPOs, debt/equity financing, and restructuring from pitch to close.
  • Build and mentor advisory teams, fostering a high-performance culture while managing client relationships and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide strategic insights on market dynamics, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring; represent the firm at industry events and networks.

Required Qualifications

Candidates need 10-15+ years in investment banking, corporate advisory, or Big 4 transaction services, with proven deal leadership (e.g., $50M+ transactions). An MBA, CFA, or CPA is preferred, plus deep GCC/regional networks and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Pay: RO156.000 - RO206.000 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
