Corporate Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Director to oversee corporate functions, drive organizational performance, and support executive leadership in achieving business objectives. This role is responsible for aligning departments, managing high-level initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee multiple departments (e.g., operations, finance, HR, or business units)
• Support executive leadership in strategic planning and decision-making
• Drive organizational performance and operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional projects and corporate initiatives
• Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in corporate management or leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership or director-level position
• Proven track record of driving business growth and organizational success
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to manage complex operations and multiple business functions

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RO5,000.000 per month
