We are seeking an experienced Head of Customer Operations to oversee customer service strategy, optimize processes, and drive performance across all touchpoints.

Role Overview

The Head of Customer Operations will be responsible for leading customer-facing teams, managing service delivery, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to align customer operations with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer operations teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to service standards.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to improve customer experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices in customer operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and guide staff to achieve professional excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer operations or service management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale customer operations in technology or service-driven organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service frameworks, process optimization, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO2,400.000 per month
