    YOUR IMPACT

    Your role will spearhead cross-functional data initiatives, driving data stewardship and governance to support business objectives and enhance decision-making processes as well as introducing and maintaining finance specific data products within the firm working closely with the firmwide Data architecture team.

    Your primary focus will be on Finance specific data sets such as Client and Engagement Master Data, guaranteeing high quality and availability and owning the strategic roadmap planning for finance data

    Your work will help to provide insights to our leaders into client and engagement level activity and improve our risk and compliance processes within this space. It will increase the ability to leverage (generative) AI solutions to create efficiencies within the finance and client activation functions and to generate additional insights for adjacent functions.

    You will be part of the global Finance Operations Function, collaborating with colleagues in the wider Finance function, One Data, Engagement Lifecycle Management, Firm Economics, and Client activation teams as well as adjacent firm functions in case of cross-cutting initiatives. You will be leading the team of Finance Data operations analysts located in Bengaluru and Chennai.

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
    • Ability to create and execute global strategic initiatives, with a strong mix of strategic and execution skills
    • Demonstrated results in driving operational impact across teams and making effective trade-offs to accomplish priorities
    • Exceptional collaborative skills to work across various firm functions and capabilities, effectively challenging conventional wisdom.
    • Ability to build strong relationships, establish trust, and influence senior leaders and stakeholders across a global firm.
    • Experience in driving large change management programs and implementing new processes/structures.
    • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment, driving towards clarity and solutions.
    • Proven experience in data management, with a focus on customer master data and data governance
    • Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in data management tools and technologies
    • Ability to work in-person and travel as needed (team schedules and office locations may vary)
    • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to anticipate, identify, and mitigate issues affecting the firm's image and reputation
