Kompact Play Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Global Operations to lead and optimize international operations. This executive role is ideal for a seasoned leader with expertise in operational strategy, global logistics, and cross-border business management.

The Director of Global Operations will be responsible for overseeing worldwide operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global operational strategies and frameworks.
• Oversee international operations, logistics, and supply chain activities.
• Drive efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization across regions.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure alignment and execution.
• Manage operational risks, compliance, and governance standards.
• Lead and develop global operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in global operations leadership roles.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
