Experience:
6 to 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership at the Manager or Director level. Proven experience leading and scaling HR functions in a growing organization. Experience working with global, offshore, or outsourced teams.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Job Description:

Lead and scale the HR function to align with organizational growth and business objectives.

Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategy.

Oversee performance management, promotion processes, and career progression frameworks.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.

Optimize HR systems, workflows, automation, and process improvements for efficiency and scalability.

Oversee outsourced and offshore HR operations, ensuring quality and accountability.

Manage relationships with HR vendors, consultants, and third-party partners.
Position Requirements:

SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.

Advanced prioritization and resource-allocation skills.
