DIRECTOR OF KPI & SALES STRATEGIES

Strategic Leadership & Vision

· Develop and articulate a clear vision for KPI management and sales strategy aligned with Recharge Qatar's business objectives

· Translate business goals into measurable KPIs and actionable sales initiatives

· Identify emerging market trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decision-making

KPI Framework Development & Governance

· Design, refine, and govern a comprehensive KPI framework across all sales channels

· Ensure KPI definitions follow SMART principles (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, Time-bound)

· Implement and maintain robust reporting systems and analytical dashboards to monitor strategic performance

Sales Strategy Formulation & Execution

· Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to optimize performance across retail, distribution, and B2B channels

· Analyze market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

· Collaborate with sales leadership to establish ambitious yet achievable sales targets and performance benchmarks

Performance Analysis & Business Insights

· Lead comprehensive analysis of sales performance data, market trends, and customer insights to identify success drivers

· Champion data analytics and forecasting methodologies to predict outcomes and address challenges proactively

· Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for performance measurement and strategic planning

Team Leadership & Development

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and strategists to foster high performance and continuous learning

· Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development

· Foster a collaborative, data-driven environment across departments

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

· Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and IT to drive integrated strategies

· Communicate strategic plans, performance updates, and key insights to senior stakeholders

· Serve as senior advisor on sales performance and strategic direction matters

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field (required)

· MBA or equivalent advanced degree (highly preferred)

Professional Experience

· 10+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy, performance management, or business analytics

· Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role with proven track record of building high-performing teams

· Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies and KPI frameworks

· Experience in retail, distribution, or B2B sectors preferred
