Who are we? Alyrica Networks is a 24-year-old, independent regional ISP proudly serving the Willamette Valley. We’ve built a reputation for outstanding service and are now in aggressive growth mode as we expand fiber and fixed-wireless networks across new cities and neighborhoods. Our sales team is process-driven and performing well — now we need a world-class leader to feed them a steady pipeline of high-intent prospects.

Role Specifics: You will own the top of the funnel, including building, scaling, and optimizing lead sources and nurturing high quality MQLs.

You’ll need to bring the creative energy and experience to execute on the CEO’s vision. You’ll need to prioritize your time and resources correctly every day. And you’ll need to be a great teammate that prioritizes a great customer experience over everything else.

Core Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy that reliably hits quarterly MQL and MQL to SQL targets and keeps cost-per-acquisition trending down year-over-year.
  • Launch and scale hyper-local campaigns for newly built or targeted zones (“go-to-market” plans for each new city/neighborhood we light up).
  • Develop and manage a small outsourced lead gen team (SDR(s), digital marketing specialists, agency partners, etc.).
  • Deeply partner with the sales team to ensure their success every day
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with city/county governments, HOAs, developers, real estate agents, chambers of commerce, and other partners
  • Own the sales and marketing automation stack (currently Zoho CRM) and continually improve lead nurturing, segmentation, and re-engagement flows.
  • Establish a rigorous testing culture: A/B tests, landing page optimization, offer testing, audience experiments — everything backed by data.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reporting dashboards that clearly show success in new customers acquired
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with network engineering, customer support, and finance to align on priorities and budgets.

Who you are:

  • Proven track record of building and scaling lead generation programs that have directly driven 50%+ YoY revenue growth (ideally in telecom, home services, utilities, or another local/subscription business).
  • Deep expertise in modern digital marketing: Google Ads (Search, PMAX, Local Service Ads), Meta, SEO, and conversion-rate optimization.
  • Hands-on experience managing five- and six-figure monthly ad budgets with clear ROI.
  • Comfortable with both high-volume automated channels and high-touch local partnerships/referral programs.
  • Analytical to your core — you live in Google Analytics 4, Zoho CRM reports, Excel/Google Sheets models, and Looker Studio dashboards.
  • Leadership experience — you’ve either led a small growth/marketing team or single-handedly owned growth at a smaller company and are ready for your next step.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked at or with an ISP, WISP, cableco, or fiber overbuilder and understand pre-qualification workflows, address-level availability tools, and serviceability challenges.
  • You get excited about small-town politics, city council meetings, and turning “we’ve always used big cable” into “we switched to Alyrica and love it.”

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years in growth roles with clear, quantifiable impact
  • 5+ years managing teams of people with success
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Zoho (or HubSpot/Marketo), Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience hiring and managing agencies, freelancers, or internal specialists
  • ISP or utility industry experience is a big plus
  • Willing to be in the office in Philomath most days — this is not a remote role

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year (OTE)
