Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, e-commerce, and marketing automation tools, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee complex campaigns.
We are a well-established print and digital marketing/advertising company looking for a senior-level marketing leader to elevate our brand, sharpen our strategy, and drive meaningful growth.

Responsibilities
- Set and lead the overall marketing vision and strategy for the company, focusing on multichannel marketing including digital, print, social media, and advertising sales.
- Modernize and evolve our approach to print, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Oversee SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and other digital marketing platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage content marketing initiatives including copywriting, product management, and creative development using Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress.
- Lead performance marketing efforts by analyzing campaign data to optimize ROI and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts through targeted advertising and product promotion.
- Implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Oversee budgeting for all marketing activities ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Monitor key performance indicators using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with significant time in senior leadership roles
- Background in marketing, advertising, or agency environments strongly preferred
- Experience across print, digital, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of introducing new strategies, ideas, and innovations
- Strong business acumen with a focus on growth and ROI
- Confident decision-maker with the initiative to move ideas into action
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Skills
- Proven expertise in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook Advertising and other paid media channels.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress development, HTML coding basics, and print advertising.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing practices and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) along with analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored for various audiences.
- Ability to manage advertising sales campaigns effectively while maintaining a focus on ROI.
