We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Director of Operations to join a fast-growing dining restaurant group in Riyadh. With 5+ branches already established and an ambitious growth plan, this is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of a homegrown F&B success story.

About the Role

The Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple restaurants while driving forward the strategic expansion and evolution of the brand. This role requires a balance of operational excellence, leadership, innovation, and change management.

You will be directly responsible for ensuring consistent guest experience, driving efficiency, fostering a high-performance culture, and leading the brand through its next growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational aspects of the business across existing branches and future openings.
• Ensure o perational standards, food safety, and compliance are maintained at the highest level.
• Drive menu development and innovation, working with culinary teams to deliver fresh, exciting offerings that align with customer preferences.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for performance, cost management, and profitability.
• Build and mentor a strong leadership pipeline across operations and restaurant management teams.
• Lead change management initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement the strategic vision for growth and expansion.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to keep the brand relevant, innovative, and competitive.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years’ experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior multi-unit operations role.
• Proven track record in restaurant chains (experience in multi-branch operations is essential).
• Strong background in menu development and culinary innovation.
• Expertise in food safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated success in leading large teams, with strong people management and leadership skills.
• Solid experience in change management, scaling operations, and driving efficiency.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution.
