The Role

The Plant Director will lead end-to-end supply chain operations for the KSA factory, covering sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, quality, supply planning, warehousing, and distribution. The role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, driving productivity, ensuring compliance, and managing OPEX and CAPEX.

Key priorities include:

• Developing and executing supply chain and manufacturing strategy.
• Leading daily plant operations to meet cost, quality, and safety targets.
• Driving continuous improvement, lean practices, and sustainability initiatives.
• Partnering cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Leading capital projects and local R&D coordination to support innovation.

The Candidate

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (MBA preferred) with 20+ years’ experience, including 10+ in senior plant leadership.
• Strong expertise in production and sourcing of nuts, spices, and pulses, with proven operational excellence.
• Fluency in English, with working knowledge of Arabic and Urdu would be ideal.
• A track record of leading cross-functional teams, optimising supply chains, and managing large budgets.
• Strong leadership skills in change management, innovation, quality, and safety.
