Job Title: Key Account Manager - Sales / Business Development

Reporting to: CEO

Work Location: Birkat Al Awaner

Employment Type: Full-time

Probationary Period: 3 months

Start Date : Immediately to be start

Base Salary : 8000 QAR

Accommodation : NA

Mobile Allowance : Company sim

Transportation: Your own car + Fuel Monthly = 500 QAR

Sales Target : Individual : 25,000 QAR monthly for first 3 months ( First month onwards this sales must be achieved ) no grace or no excuse.

Sales Incentives: 5% per of Gross Profit individual over and above sales target on total individual sales ( monthly basis )

No Sales Achieved

If no sales are achieved within the defined target period of one month, only the following will be provided as a support allowance:

TOTAL SALARY : 1000 QAR will be paid including everything.

Job Description

- New Client Acquisitions I New Leads I Business Inquires

- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy for the printing, packaging, and corporate gifts division to achieve company revenue targets and market growth.

- Identify, develop, and manage key accounts while driving new business acquisition.

- Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

- Liaise with the production, design, and logistics teams to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.

- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.

- Maintain exceptional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and a high degree of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure strict adherence to internal company policies and relevant Qatari regulations.

- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management relevant to your role.

Working Hours

Your standard working hours will be from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, 6 days per week. Reporting daily to the office during official working hours is mandatory. Remote working is not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing by management.

Equipment

You will be required to use your own personal laptop for work purposes, as this allows you to manage business meetings and presentations more efficiently. No company laptop will be provided.

Food / Meals

You are required to carry your own food during office hours, as the company does not provide meal facilities on-site.

Terms & Conditions

Please note that this letter constitutes a preliminary offer. The final employment agreement containing detailed terms and conditions, company policies, and your acceptance will be provided for your review and formal signature on your first working day.

Employment will remain subject to successful completion of any required reference checks, background verifications, and your ability to provide the legal right to work in Qatar.
