We are looking for a Director, Procurement Center of Excellence to drive best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across HUMAIN’s procurement function. This role will lead specialized teams and shape the future of procurement capabilities, enabling strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

🔹 Role Overview

Lead the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), driving frameworks, governance, analytics, and capability building across all procurement categories. Partner closely with business units to enhance performance, compliance, and efficiency.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee procurement excellence frameworks, standards, and tools

• Lead specialized teams across vendor performance, analytics, intelligence, sustainability, and governance

• Drive capability-building initiatives and adoption of advanced procurement practices

• Collaborate with category and business teams to ensure consistent performance

• Monitor KPIs, compliance, and strategic procurement goals

• Promote innovation, efficiency, and sustainability across sourcing activities

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 7–8 years of procurement leadership experience

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills

• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is a plus

🔹 Preferred Experience

• Experience leading procurement excellence or transformation initiatives

• Strong background in analytics, governance, supplier management, and sustainability

• Familiarity with procurement regulations in Saudi Arabia

• Professional certifications (CIPS, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred

• Experience with procurement systems and reporting tools
