About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to oversee and grow our Part Truck Load sales operations within the assigned region. The role will spearhead strategic revenue growth for the business by driving enterprise customer acquisition and retention cross key verticals and geographies. The role demands deep industry insight, strong solutioning capability, and the ability to build executive relationships within large organizations. As a senior leader, you will own the go-to-market strategy, shape high-value logistics solutions for clients, and build a scalable and high-performing BD team.This role requires someone who can drive revenue growth, lead and mentor sales teams, and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Set and monitor regional sales targets, ensuring individual and team KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
• Recruit, train, and develop top-performing sales talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of proven sales experience
• Experience in new client acquisition, hunting new accounts, deal closure and negotiations along with onboarding them
• Experience managing teams across a multi-state or regional territory
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good geography & market knowledge
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Willingness to travel as needed across the region.
