Job Description

Support the VP in designing and implementing enterprise-wide value creation strategies and executing high-impact initiatives. Provide senior leadership oversight on strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities and measurable outcomes. Act as a strategic partner to the VP, focusing on value creation and execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP in shaping and implementation of enterprise-wide strategies to generate new sources of value - whether through growth opportunities, operating model innovation, ecosystem partnerships, or synergies with group companies
• Support the VP in the end-to-end execution of priority projects assigned by CSO and CEO, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and that projects are designed/executed to deliver measurable impact; when external support is required, this includes managing large consulting/advisor teams
• Independently lead smaller growth and value creation strategy activities/projects or dedicated workstreams within larger activities
• Oversee end-to-end execution of selected strategic projects (growth initiatives, operating model changes, M&A integrations, efficiency programs).
• Partner with business units to secure alignment, resolve issues, and ensure cross-functional execution, developing a large network within e& UAE and e& Group to be able to effectively drive value creation activities
• Shape business cases and value creation frameworks, working closely with Finance and BU leaders
• Represent the VP in steering committees and project governance forums when required.
• Mentor and guide the Manager, Growth Strategy, ensuring analytical rigor and delivery excellence.
• Develop executive-level presentations and recommendations to support decision-making by CSO and CEO
• Capture lessons learned from projects and integrate them into best practices and playbooks for future initiatives.
• Support the VP in institutionalizing value creation frameworks, tools, and processes within the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering or Business or related field
• Required 7 years experience in Strategy and Consulting
