Job Summary

We are looking for *3 motivated and experienced Chat Sales Executives* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in *Discord and Twitch chat sales* or similar chat-based sales campaigns. The selected candidates will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, generating sales through live chat conversations, maintaining high conversion rates, and building long-term customer relationships.

This is an *onsite night shift position* with excellent career growth opportunities. High-performing employees will be considered for *Team Lead* positions.

Key Responsibilities

The Discord & Twitch Chat Sales Executive will be responsible for:

* Engaging with potential customers through Discord and Twitch chats.

* Converting conversations into successful sales.

* Building positive relationships with customers.

* Responding to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

* Following sales scripts while maintaining natural conversations.

* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Updating customer records and sales reports.

* Coordinating with the sales team and management.

* Identifying opportunities to increase conversions.

* Maintaining professionalism and representing the company's brand effectively.

*Reports To:* Sales Manager / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Educational Qualification

* Intermediate, Undergraduate, or Graduate.

* Relevant education will be considered an advantage.

Experience Required

* *Minimum 1 year of Chat Sales experience is mandatory.*

* Experience in *Discord or Twitch Chat Sales* is highly preferred.

* Candidates with experience in other chat sales campaigns (such as Travis Patch or similar international chat sales campaigns) are also encouraged to apply.
