Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, supporting food preparation, and ensuring that all dishes and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for service. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a smooth-running operation.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with food handling and basic cleaning tasks.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met.
• Help with general cleaning duties around the restaurant to keep the environment safe and inviting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely turnover of dishes during service hours.

Skills

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and safety.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food prep.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork with front-of-house and kitchen staff.
