Grimm Brothers Taproom opened in 2010 and is the oldest brewery in Loveland, now operating from our expanded home at the Forge Campus. We brew German‑inspired beers rooted in traditional and historical styles, each named after the stories of Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. With more than 250 tales to draw from, we love pairing great beer with great storytelling — and a kitchen that runs smoothly makes that possible.

POSITION: DISHWASHER

The Dishwasher plays a critical role in keeping our Back‑of‑House running clean, safe, and efficient. You’ll manage dish flow, maintain sanitation standards, and support the kitchen team with basic prep and end‑of‑shift cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dish area throughout the shift.
• Take out trash and recycling; maintain cleanliness of waste and storage areas.
• Assist with basic prep tasks such as portioning, chopping, or stocking ingredients.
• Support kitchen staff by restocking stations and supplies.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Perform end‑of‑night cleaning to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next day.
• Assist with packaging or simple prep for wholesale orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and support the team wherever needed.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
