Job Summary:
The Dispatch Associate will be responsible for overseeing final mile drivers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery tracking, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. This role involves maintaining real-time communication with drivers, providing them with updates, and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process. The Dispatch Associate will also ensure that warehouse staff are informed about delivery schedules and status, ensuring that the logistics process runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routing Trucks for Final Mile Hubs and overseeing the management of Final Mile Drivers.
• Ensuring the accurate tracking of deliveries and providing customers with the best delivery experience.
• Monitoring and tracing LH trailers, and coordinating with the cross-dock team to confirm trailer statuses.
• Efficiently managing inventory for final mile Hubs, including maintaining records of inbound and outbound
• Delivery zones management
• Regularly communicating with US warehouse staff to ensure a smooth workflow
• Handling commercial vendors within the scope of Final Mile operations.
• Carrying out all tasks assigned by a senior team member that fall within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration [ Supply Chain ]
• Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in Relevant field
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
