Role:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor dispatch of goods/orders as per timelines.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to sales/customer service teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation – invoices, challans, e-way bills, dispatch slips.
• Handle transport arrangements (vehicles, freight, couriers) at optimal cost.
• Resolve delays, shortages, or damages through effective follow up with vendors/transporters.
• Assist in improving efficiency of supply chain and on-time delivery rates.

Qualifications: Master/Bachelor’s in Marketing related field with 0-2 years of experience
