Location: Local candidates preferred from Hopes / Singanallur, Coimbatore

Experience Required:

• Prior experience in Electrical / Electronics Manufacturing Company in Warehouse / Store / Dispatch Handling is a must.
• Experience in Logistics Handling will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations from the warehouse/stores.
• Ensure proper packaging, documentation, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Maintain inventory records and update dispatch logs regularly.
• Liaise with logistics partners and transporters to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase/production teams for requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and handle customer dispatch queries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in stores/warehouse/dispatch in an Electrical/Electronics manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of logistics and dispatch processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
