We are Hiring Dispatch Executive – Immediate Joiner Required !

Location: Arora Engineering Works
Position Type: Full-Time
Gender: Male Only
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand (No PF for first 1 year)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years

About the Role:

Arora Engineering Works is looking for an experienced and dynamic Dispatch IN charge to manage day-to-day dispatch operations. If you’re someone who understands the logistics and transport network across India, has hands-on experience dealing with transporters, and can handle time-sensitive deliveries—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage dispatch of goods across India
Build and maintain relationships with transporters and logistics partners
Ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
Track and monitor shipments and address delays
Plan dispatch schedules and optimize vehicle routing
Prepare dispatch reports and MIS

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of India's transport and logistics network
Knowledge of major transport hubs, freight charges, and transporter contacts
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation and invoicing
