Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive – Dispatch to coordinate and support dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining dispatch records, coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule dispatches as per customer or client requirements.
Maintain records of dispatched goods, including invoices, challans, and delivery notes.
Liaise with warehouse staff, transporters, and drivers to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared and handed over for each dispatch.
Handle customer queries regarding delivery timelines and issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during dispatches.
Assist the dispatch team in resolving issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduated in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a similar dispatch or logistics role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred:
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain-related fields.
Familiarity with transport operations and route planning.
