Dispatch - Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic logistics team. In this entry-level role, you will play a critical part in coordinating and optimizing our transportation operations, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods. You will learn from experienced professionals while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily dispatch operations, including scheduling and routing of deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Monitor vehicle locations and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
• Support the coordination of logistics activities and respond to inquiries regarding shipment status.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and assist in data entry tasks.
• Collaborate with senior dispatchers to develop efficient processes and improve service quality.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interest in logistics and transportation management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Preferred:

• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Familiarity with transportation management software or systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

• Basic knowledge of GPS tracking and routing software
• Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping systems

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
