Hiring: Dispatch Executive

DSG WORLD FASHION WEAR Pvt. Ltd. is one of India’s best manufacturers, wholesalers, and traders in the fashion industry. We specialize in high-quality garments and are expanding our team with a detail-oriented and organized Dispatch Executive to manage the timely and accurate delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of products to clients and distributors.
• Manage logistics, track shipments, and update delivery schedules.
• Liaise with transporters, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain records of dispatched goods, inventory, and delivery receipts.
• Resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in planning routes and optimizing delivery processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to fulfill orders accurately.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deliveries and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/dispatch software.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach.

Location: 1st Floor, Shop 2A, Main Rd No. 3, Opp. NHM, Patrakar Colony, Panchsheel Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
