Job Title: Dispatch & Logistics Executive

Location: Govindpura, Bhopal

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics or supply chain operations

Education: Any Graduate

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience and skills)

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (data entry, VLOOKUP, basic reporting).
• Good understanding of logistics and dispatch processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents like invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Maintain dispatch records in MS Excel and update reports regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch and logistics procedures.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with production and store teams for dispatch planning.
• Handle customer queries related to deliveries and shipment tracking.
