Job Summary:

Chocole Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Dispatch Manager to lead and manage its daily delivery operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in scheduling, coordinating dispatch activities, managing delivery teams, and optimizing logistics processes. This role is key to ensuring timely and cost-effective order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities):

Manage daily dispatch via train, trucks, and courier services

Handle delivery boys and manage their shift schedules

Coordinate with courier vendors (PAN India level preferred)

Oversee loading and unloading operations

Maintain delivery tracking reports using MS Excel

Negotiate courier rates and resolve delivery issues

Ensure timely and cost-effective dispatch of goods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
