Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Plan and optimize routes, schedules, and resources for efficient operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer service teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Handle vendor and transport partner management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market.
• Prior experience in eCommerce logistics operations is highly appreciated.
• Strong understanding of Indian delivery processes, routes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills (English/Hindi/local language as applicable).
