Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the entire dispatch process for finished goods from production to customer delivery.
• Schedule and track shipments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of dispatched goods and inventory levels.
• Liaise with production teams to understand delivery schedules and product availability.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of products.
• Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and company policies during the dispatch process.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise in the dispatch operations promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role, preferably within the food production industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple deliveries simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using dispatch and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy in record-keeping.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in dispatching food products.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
