Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor

Department: Logistics / Dispatch
Location: Sangam India Limited, Sareri SPG II

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dispatch operations including packing, loading, and documentation of textile goods.
• Plan and schedule dispatches as per sales orders, delivery timelines, and transport availability.
• Ensure proper coordination with Production, Sales, and Transport departments for smooth dispatch operations.
• Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records of dispatched goods in ERP/system.
• Verify invoices, packing lists, and other dispatch-related documents before shipment.
• Ensure proper vehicle placement, loading efficiency, and safety of goods during transit.
• Handle logistics partners, transporters, and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Monitor team performance, allocate work, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements (E-way bills, GST documentation, etc.).
• Implement cost-saving measures in dispatch and logistics operations.
• Ensure workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the dispatch area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,286.90 - ₹25,000.00 per month
