Position Overview

As a Dispatcher in our Tracking & Tracing department, you’ll be responsible for coordinating with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery of shipments. You'll track fleet movements, resolve delivery issues, and handle communication across departments to support high service levels—especially during evening hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and log important information
• Track and trace fleet movements; monitor on-time delivery and report discrepancies
• Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and gather updates
• Call and email customers with delivery updates or issue resolutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to address service delays or problems
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and manage schedules accordingly
• Handle all driver satellite messages, emails, and calls
• Report and document driver, planning, and customer issues to relevant teams
• Prepare and submit customs paperwork to brokers
• Follow up with brokers to ensure timely customs clearance
• Arrange repairs and service for in-transit truck breakdowns

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Minimum 6 months in dispatch, planning, or logistics preferred
• 1+ year of customer service experience (International BPO is a plus)
• Post-secondary graduate (minimum)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
