Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator to manage and oversee 3PL logistics operations for our construction chemical manufacturing business. The role involves coordinating with production, warehouse, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely, safe, and compliant deliveries to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule dispatches through 3PL partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and transporters to meet delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for chemical transport.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving delivery issues quickly.
• Maintain dispatch records and evaluate 3PL performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in dispatch/logistics coordination (preferably in chemicals or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of 3PL operations, ERP systems, and transport regulations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
