Experience & Requirements

-Bilingual in Spanish Required

- Command Alkon System knowledge

- IntegraDispatch System knowledge

- 1 Year industry

- Detail-oriented.

General Responsibilities

- Daily dispatching of drivers to job sites. Give efficient routes to ensure that drivers arrive in a timely fashion.

- Creating an efficient driver schedule based on production needs.

- Resolve transportation conflicts and handle unusual and difficult customer complaints.

- Establish strong relationships with customers.

- Monitor external factors such as weather and traffic to optimize scheduling and efficiency.

- Tracks down missing orders and provide quick answers and solutions to customers and other management.

- Must be able to work in a fast‐paced environment.

- Good Map-reading skills REQUIRED.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Work in a team setting and accomplish team company goals.

- Early morning reporting.

- Additional duties as become necessary and/or are assigned by management at any time.
