Location: This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to our various branch locations for training purposes. Travel may include locations within the following states: UT, CO, KS, MO, NE, IA, WI, OH, MI, and IL.
The Role:
As a Dispatcher, you will have direct contact with internal and external customers. Your primary duty will be to match the right technician to the right calls, helping achieve the company’s financial goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded through clear and concise communication with department managers, employees, and customers.

  • Compensation: $19-$23/hr plus additional opportunities for $$$
What You'll Do:
  • Work closely with technicians, service managers, and CSRs to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Dispatch service calls by priority, urgency, and profitability to meet/exceed daily revenue goals.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and reschedule or advance calls according to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with field supervisors to ensure first calls for the next day are strategically assigned.
  • Coordinate multifaceted jobs and facilitate communication between technicians and vendors.
  • Relay accurate information to technicians regarding customer concerns to ensure best-in-class service.
  • Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote the company brand.
  • Provide backup support for incoming service calls as needed.
  • Participate in training to boost sales and ensure quick, accurate dispatching.
What You Bring:
  • Required: 1+ years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in home trade services.
  • Required: Ability to travel to regional branch locations for training as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across different personalities and styles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand peak seasons.
  • IT competent: Efficient typist, proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and phone systems.
  • Experience in an HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical setting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus!
