Dispatcher

We are looking for a skilled Dispatcher to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will manage and coordinate logistics, ensuring timely and effective communication between teams and customers. Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and dispatch requests efficiently to meet customer needs.
• Utilize computer-aided dispatch systems to manage and track service calls.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of services and resources.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize operations and improve response times.
• Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any challenges that arise during dispatch operations.
• Proven experience in dispatching or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication.
• Familiarity with call center operations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using computer-aided dispatch systems.
• Ability to coordinate logistics and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
