Dispatcher / Towing

New opening with a local family-owned growing Towing business. This position will be located in our Birmingham/ Auburn Hills offices and will be 40 hours per week with a flexible work schedule from 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, or part-time flexible schedule including weekends.

Duties:

Take incoming calls for towing service, police impounds, and accidents.
Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers.

Deliver exceptional Customer Service.

Process paperwork and maintain compliance with all requirements for the laws of towing and impounds.
Administrative and clerical duties.
Abandoned vehicle auction management.
Billing and collection of towing services.

Requirements:

Phones skills are a must

Emergency call center or dispatch experience.

Excellent computer skills.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and very organized.
Strong desire to help people and solve challenging problems.
Able to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay 19.00 to 23.00

Pay: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour
