Dispatcher

Telgian is looking for a hands-on Dispatcher to manage the Vendor assignments to all reactive service orders for all customer locations in his or her designated region.

The Dispatcher performs the following:

• Review and dispatch all open service orders
• Place outbound phone calls to ensure vendor acceptance
• Building relationships with Vendors
• Negotiate pricing details based on Customer contracts

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor degree a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally.
