What you'll do:
You’ll be the friendly, organized force that keeps our technicians on schedule and our customers taken care of in a fast-moving environment.

Manage the dispatch board to help technicians stay productive and on track.

Debrief technicians after their calls and help ensure smooth communication.

Call customers to confirm and schedule service or install appointments — with warmth and professionalism.

Build genuine rapport with customers and deliver top-quality support.

Review invoices created by each technician and make sure everything is accurate.

Support accounting tasks by organizing and grouping department invoices daily.

Pull permits and help schedule inspections after jobs are wrapped up.

Jump in to help other departments when needed — teamwork truly matters here.

Dispatch experience (2+ years) is a strong plus, but not required.
