Dispatcher

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take daily orders from Superintendents via e-mail
  • Call supplier to set up orders for next day
  • Aggregate Tracker
  • Schedule updates in B2W-Mondays
  • Update equipment locations on B2W-Daily
  • Send reports to General Superintendent team as needed
  • Any Dispatcher related tasks/Duties as needed
  • Follow up with subcontractors
  • Scheduler


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of dispatch experience in the construction/building materials industry
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Office Suite
  • A high school diploma or GED is required
  • A desire to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
