What You’ll Be Doing
As a Dispatcher on our team, you are responsible for owning the accuracy and movement of freight from start to finish.
This includes:
- Tracking and updating 50+ shipments daily via phone and email
- Scheduling and confirming pickup & delivery appointments
- Communicating with carriers, drivers, and internal teams in real time
- Ensuring data accuracy across all systems (no shortcuts)
- Identifying issues early and solving them before they escalate
- Keeping loads moving in a time-sensitive produce environment where delays matter
What This Job Actually Requires
This is a pressure cooker at times, and at other times it’s steady. You need to be effective in both.

What Makes This Role Different

Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone (expect ~80% of your day)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Logistics experience is a plus, but work ethic and mindset matter more

Schedule
- Monday–Friday (8-hour shift)
- 1 Saturday per month-Saturday you work your off the Wednesday during that week)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
