Dispatcher

Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented dispatcher to join our masonry company in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicates well with customers, and can coordinate orders efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders via phone and email
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers placing orders
• Dispatch and coordinate orders with delivery teams
• Enter and track rebar adjustments in company systems
• Use maps to help coordinate deliveries and job locations
• Answer incoming calls and provide general office support
• Maintain organized records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous dispatcher, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Experience in masonry, building materials, or related industries is a plus
• Comfortable reading and using maps
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)

Location: Orlando, FL
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience
